I searched WW site for Brokeback and came up with nothing -

That's because it has still not been "officially" announced and is not "officially" in solicitation.  Ingram's site only shows the FF 48 pack merchandiser -- probably because Ingram has a lot of large retail accounts (or because the webmaster screwed up).

Even Amazon does not have it on their website, yet.

Hi, Misty
I do the same as you, buying from the buyers guide a month in advance from WW. I was surprised about those titles also but when I ordered (by phone) for March my rep Kristy in Memphis  told me about them and assured me that they would be getting plenty of extra copies so everyone could get their orders filled.
I agree that it wasn't the distributors' fault with these titles. From what I was told, they were under a bit of a "gag order" especially with regard to I walk the Line.
BWT, if you order your movies from the Memphis hub, they seem to have had a little personel turn over of late, maybe that's been part of the problem.

Any big title the distributors are going to have tons of.  Even smaller ones, like this week's SEPARATE LIES and PULSE I was able to order from WW on Tuesday and had come in by Friday.

These sudden release dates only mean that the windows between theatrical and dvd are getting shorter, which is ok by me.
