Avatars...How to get a new one?

Where can I get info on changing my avatar?  None of the ones available on this site are *me*....  I feel I need a "witchy" persona.  I found clipart to use, but I don't know how to get it here.  Help!

Go into your profile on this site. Click the 'profile information' and scroll to the bottom of the page, where your avatar is.

select the 'Link to off-site Avatar', put in the link of where your pic is;

ie;  http://www.stickergiant.com/Merchant2/imgs/250/y4485.gif

find the location of a picture, off your site, or another and copy and paste the link into there and update your info.

Thanks Amanda, that is stuff that is built into the site and I never pay any attention to.  Oh and on a related topic, I just made another backup. I don't want a replay of last time we lost a lot.
