opening of new store

My brother and I opened a video store April 1st of this year. We naturally  started out pretty slow but have been actually making money in July and August. We are slowly learning the biz. Have been staying away from b movies and straight to video's to keep cost down. We mostly rent dvd's usually 8 dvd's and 2 vhs. Usually they pay themselves off in a couple weeks of one day rentals. We have heard that at this rate we should have more copies. We have enjoyed reading the forums on this site this last month or so. Just thought we'd throw some of our experiences in. Neither of us had any experience with video biz before so it was a zoo for a few months.Hopefully  we can hookup with some folks on here for some good tips. thanks  m and j
