How many times do you use each disc, and have you found anything that replaces their polish and or lube ?

The sanding discs we go beteen 50-100 before changing. We kind of play it by ear. The black pad is any where from 350-500. The polish and the lube cost is so minimal per disc that I just use theirs and don't worry about it. We have a echo smart so I don't know how it is with the other units.
