Anyone have any experience with this software?

http://qualityvision.com/smartvideo.htm

I haven't tried the demo yet, but the fact that they will alter it or do custom things to it seems rare in my experience.

Thanks

hey todd, you get what you pay for.  the only 2 video stable companies if you still do rentals are Tempus technologies and phoenix.  If you have multiple stores, you need tempus.  it you just have one store, you'd probablly like phoenix better.

Todd

Looked at the web site and with the pricing structure and the different add on options by the time you are done with their pro plus it seems that you are close to the price of phoenix and also take a look at the new product that phoenix has Alerion which is a cheaper version. I am currently running the Ultimate and while it does lack some of the bells and whistles of a windows based software it does an ok job.
