The Dollar General Store two doors down from me has been selling dvds fro a while but now they've added a "dump bin" of clear cases, the kind you can see the dvd itself, with no cover. Their customers don't realize that all the dvds, with and without covers, are previously viewed because they are neatly shrink wrapped. I recognized that many of the no cover ones are Redbox castoffs because their particular barcoded donut ring is still on them! They are selling them for $4.50 and up.
I wish I could get connected with whoever is supplying these types of stores, of course the volume would be a problem.

By the time Redbox casts them off you can find them cheaper on Amazon, Ebay, Half.com, etc
