anybody else been hit with processing insurance ? I was told originally I didn't have to have it. now they say every processor has to charge it. I checked with another company and theirs is a little lower.
anybody have a suggestion for a fair processing company. fees just keep adding up.

The fees are unreal.  Here's mine:

Merchant Services Fee
Merchant Services Financial Adjustment Fee
Merchant Services Discount Fee
Merchant Services Interchange Fee
Terminal Lease Fee
Terminal Insurance Fee
Telecheck Fee

Thank you sir, may I have another?  Hard to make it without accepting credit cards so whatcha gonna do?  The credit card companies are getting squeezed by the government so they just find a different avenue to get their fees

local bank is  what I am using now. but first data with sam this new insuance fee is alot cheaper. the other rates thay say are comparable. just dont know about switching.
anbody use first data?

First Data rips you off a little less than other companies but just make sure that if you key in transactions, you always add the address and the CVV code or it becomes extremely expensive.
