Jonah Hex and other Warner titles may not arrive on time. My distributor told me even the duplication company couldn't tell Warner when they would be ready.

Local Family Video didn't have Splice on time either. I'm new to the business, is this a normal thing that happens from time to time or is this maybe a way for Warner to test delaying everyone possibly in the future?

It's not normal. Warner gave the duplicating contract to Technicolor but Technicolor is not getting things done so now Warners old duplicator is helping out. Problem is things are still behind. Not a wise move for Warner going into Q4.
