You will LOVE it!  I had forgotten how great ours was until I cleaned about 25 discs yesterday myself. (my employees usually do it and I haven't personally used the machine in awhile)

We've had ours for 5 years and also have the Venmill.  Nothing compares to the Eco!!  We offer disc repair to the customers and that really helped offset the cost - they can't believe how good their dvds & games look afterward!

I definitely think you will be happy with your decision!

We charge $5.00 for 1 disc or 3 discs for $10. If they bring in more than 4 we charge $2.50 each. We do $150 - $200 a month in repairs.

$3.95 per disc.  We use it mainly to clean/polish used discs that we buy from customers so that we can resell them without having any complaints from the new buyer.

We charge $5.00 or 3 for $10 or 8 for $20

We bring on a little over $300 per month  Grin

We seldom have customers complain...maybe that is because the other 2 stores in the area that offer disc repairs have crappy machines that don't do a good job

Whenever someone does question our pricing I tell them the machine cost $5,000 and that the other store's equipment cost $1,200  Shocked

I have never had a customer complain about the price. They are more than happy to walk out with a game etc that looks like new compared to what they brought in.

At $3 you are giving money away. Let them complain what alternative do they have? Buy a new movie or game!

Some people would complain if you did it for free, let em.

All I have is a JFJ Easy Pro. I just don't feel comfortable charging more.

Curious.

Consumable costs are about $.07-.10 per disc, plus labor of about 3-4 minutes. That is with a Eco Jr. Your labor costs with the auto goes down quite a bit as there is no real labor other than loading and unloading.
