Last night my daughter mentioned a friend whose family rents from Redbox (and us, so I'm not so pissed).  She mentioned that the scratched discs are so bad that they have started calling the grocery store near us to complain.  Apparently, they are not alone, because it sounded like the store was tired of fielding this phone calls.  They told the family that they are considering dropping Redbox for being more a hassle than it's worth.

I always felt that if there was an issue a customer would call Redbox, not the place where Redbox was leasing the space.  I guess people have grown tired of waiting 30 minutes on hold to complain.  What if I had about 100 of my customers call the grocery store?

I'll let ya'll know what plays out here.
