Specialy Store Services, simply put, is more trouble than they are worth.  Slow shipments, constant back orders, wrong quantities, damaged goods, and I could go on and on.

What other company exists that sells video rental supplies?

j4kp07, it's so funny you mention that.  I just hung up with them again...becasause of the damage to the last item I just received...again...

Everytime I see your avatar, it reminds me of dealing with them.

Video One goes through Breeta.

http://www.breeta.com/

They carry the basics, like stickers, cases, shrinkwrap... nothing cool though! lol

You need to go through a distributor to be able to buy through Breeta, or to even find out the prices. I got a price list here, if anyone is interested.

I recently got a call from Gridrax. After confirming that they are not an alien invaision force, we got to talk. They supply shelving and also video store accessories here in Canada.

gridrax might do better if one day they finally get there website up.  Its been over 3 months and there still working on it.  this is the information age and Specialty store servces has everything on there website, but there still a P.I.A. to deal with.  But you do get some great ideas! One day some one will catch on that theres a demand for a GOOD video retailer supplier that carries everything in canada!

Thats true. Who here in Canada can ship me some popcorn? I dont like paying the stupid import tariffs. What ever happened to free trade and NAFTA? Or may be we can start smuggling in the backpacks of mexicans?
