Taking people to court

I hate going to court! It has to be done though. A customer rented our PS3 and sold it, so we had to take them to court today. We sat there for 6 hours. It's almost like they are punishing you for taking someone to court. We were the last ones!!! I just don't understand it. The customer has 6 months to pay us back or they go to jail for 1 year. I don't think it's right, but that's the way it is. I wish we could just hire someone like Dog the bounty hunter to go get our rentals back when they keep them. That would be awesome! Sorry... Just venting!!!!!!!!!!

That is odd, our judges usually send them to jail first then ask questions later. I sent a guy to jail for not returning 3 vhs.

She went to jail for 15 days. They let her out after agreeing to pay us back over the next 6 months. It just makes me mad to have to sit there all day. I think she should be made to pay up right now!

I wish I could get ANY KIND of justice here. If I could just get one person even served then Iit would put some fear into these rednecks!
