Has anyone dealt with them and what are your experiances.  They call me twice a month and seem alright.  When my competition gave up on adult they gave Empire my #.  I am currently with IVD but my rep is no longer there and I do not like the new one.  I have gotten some good renters from them but I don't feel this new guy cares about getting me what I need.

Also, does anyone have Empire's phone # or website?  I had it written down on an index card but can't seem to find it.

Basically what I want is a good place for special orders.  I have and abundance of product to put in my Adult room.

I have used them for the last 10yrs, I believe.  I followed the rep form another company.  Their prices aren't the cheapest but neither is their product.  They carry from very low end to very high end movies.  I have been very pleased with them.  My Rep, Michael, always calls me to let me know when they a good shipment of product that has just been reduced and when they have special blow out deals.
I buy mostly their mid range stuff 6-7 dollar stuff and their 3.00 stuff.  Good product moves well for my store.
