Hi all,

I really like this site and hope more people will participate in it. I do have a comment or question about how the forums are configured. Is there a way for me to see just all the topics that have been posted in every category say for the last month? Unless I'm wrong about this (always possible!) the only way to see all the subjects posted is by going in and looking thru each category and and clicking the arrow to go thru the previous topic  one by one. As I'm not always able to stay at the site for long I'm only able to see new postings. What I'm getting at is that if no one has replied to an item it kinda gets buried, and I know there is a desire for more people to use the forum. I'm still hoping to get some more replies to a particular posting , but now I find it kinda tricky to access that. If there was a simple all topics posted page, rather than just the most recent postings highlighted by category --- then perhaps there might be more activity. Forgive me if I'm completely missing something that already exists like this on the site---I've already mentioned previously that I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to these computer thingies!!
Thanks for listening-

There are two ways that I know of. The first is my preferred way. Smiley

Click the word "Forums" on the left hand side. Then at the top of forums click "View Posts Since Last Visit" (though you do need to be logged in).

Or do a search, specify "1 month" for the time frame and simply put an * in the author field and click search. It will show you everything for the past month.

Rich.

Thanks Rich,

I used your "*  in the search slot " way and that got me the configuration I wanted. Excellent, and it gave all the topics posted on one page.(Thought there may already be a way in the system to do it.....  Cheesy )
