User Registration Problem Fixed

There was a problem with user registration, it should be fixed now. Had to do with conversion between... uh does anyone care what I had to do to fix it?

There still seems to be a communication problem and also a new user registration problem.  Over the past week I've sent you 3 direct emails, the most recent by clicking on the email button in the memberlist.  I have received "0" replies.  I wrote to you explaining that an acquaintance of mine was having trouble registering here at VSC.  

 I looked at the roster, which I just found yesterday, and I'm quite sure at least one of her attempts at creating a user name is Lanna5, but she gets told me she doesn't get an email confirmation.

I guess, while I'm at it, I may as well ask why it says so many of us joined in 1969?

When the site went down it reset everyone who was a current member to 1969... I have no idea why. <shrug>

Send me her information at hardcopi@yahoo.com  My normal email address is pretty heavily spam protected (I get about 1,000 spams a day to it) and sometimes real emails get canned.
