can't do the downloads

Hi Vidbiz,

Thanks for the great site. I've tried to download the Business Plan on both my home and work computers and am having no luck. Both computers have acrobat reader installed and lots of memory. I'm not the most computer savvy person at this point so I'll admit that...! But is there a trick I don't know about? (probably...) I'd love to be able to at least print it out. I find I'm not able to open or download any of the other downloads either. Any advice from anyone would be great.

The link is working, It should be on your end. This is what I suggest.

Verify your IE version if it is not the latest version I recommend you update it. If this does not work let me know and we will figure something out.

Give me some info on your system.

OS?
CPU?
Internet Connection?

But first try to see what version of IE you are using, some modules in Nuke which is the portal software I am using for this sites depend on features installed in upgrades of IE

Hi Vic,

A friend helped me to get it work. Thanks for putting that download there--it's particularly great for me as it is exactly the kind of store I want to open! My store is still in the early planning  stages at this point, so I expect to have alot of questions for these forums.
