blu-ray & dvd players

We are looking to sell dvd & blu-ray players (possibly ps3's), does anyone know of distro for these? We have been selling all region players for awhile, however we have always bought them retails and just resold them (great money btw).

However, from our experience we always eat the cost of any bad players and using distro would be a lot easier, I just have no idea how to go about it.
