Cheap Foreign, Cult, and Classics distributor????????

Being in that business myself, there really is not such thing as a "cheap" distributor for those kinds of titles.

I would suggest www.waxworksvideoworks.com as they seem to have the best back fill right now, or www.btol.com.

www.facets.org is also good.

For the real indie stuff you're going to have to go straight to they source, and usually order them right off their web site.
