Every week I place my IVD order on Friday and it arrives on Tuesday...but this week my order got lost by UPS Angry

On Wednesday at 4:30 PM I called Cee Cee Peters at IVD and she shipped a duplicate order overnight so we had our DVDs on Thursday at 9:30 AM Cool

This is a perfect example of why IVD is our distributor of choice for Adult New Release product...almost everyone knows that IVD has a great website but they also have great customer service Grin

BTW...the fill rate on our reorder was an incredible 98% Shocked
