Sorry, guys, but I'm a noob here... spent 6 hrs straight reading your pearls o' wisdom...but for the life of me... so many references to a "Knowledge Base" somewhere here...but I can't find it.

Any help?

Also, when I go into the Intranet Setup to use HArdcopy's program, when I enter in a VHS's name (example "A New Leaf") it quickly pops out the title, what I presume is the last available MSRP before it went outta print, and then a link for a used price. I click that link, and it says that it can't find a proper match for the title. I try ANY title, and it says the same thing.

Is it me, or is the software down for maintenqance?

Help! lol

Well, I think were suppose to be the knowledge base.  Each of us contributing ideas/opinions to questions asked.

///Any help?///

What's the question?

Concerning the intranet.

It typically works great for product that Amazon carries.  This means Amazon has it on their shelf, and other users are trying to sell it as well.  The intranet takes the Amazon prices, compares it to the used prices, and uses a formula to determine a sell price.

If you went to Amazon and typed in the item you used, you would see that it's something someone is selling through Amazon.  Basically it's an odd ball and odd balls do funky things to the intranet.  The 3.98 price the intranet shows is a buy used price.  At Amazon it shows people selling the item for even less, about 1.98 (I looked at quickly and could be wrong).  Basically the item is worthless.  Now it may have value to a particular person, but from experience I would not pay for it (as a Buy/Sell/Trade) and I would sell it for $2.00 like most others at Amazon.

Hope that helps.
